Ingredients for 2 servings
mussels on shell
500 g
cream 10%
500 ml
celery
2 stems
garlic
1 clove
butter
salt
pepper
organic lemon and baguette

Defrost the mussels in the fridge.
Step 2/5
Cut the celery into thin feathers, chop the garlic finely.
Step 3/5
Melt a small amount of butter in a saucepan and warm celery and garlic in it until soft, then add mussels and 2-3 tablespoons of water.

Increase the heat, pour in the cream, salt and pepper, warm the mussels in the cream without bringing to a boil.

Serve in deep bowls with a wedge of lemon and a fresh crispy baguette. Lemon must be squeezed directly into the sauce with mussels and dunked there - very tasty!
