Orange, honey and coconut - a bright and very winter combination! You can use butter or coconut oil, both options are very tasty.

Recipe "Honey coil with nuts and coconut"
Ingredients for 4 servings
filo dough
150 g
light honey
100 g
butter (or coconut)
80 g
filbert
100 g
almonds
100 g
walnuts
100 g
peeled coconut (pulp)
50 g
orange juice

Step 1/7
Defrost the filo dough at room temperature for about half an hour.
Step 2/7
Roast all the nuts in the oven at 150C for 10-15 minutes, then blender together with the coconut to coarse crumbs.

Preheat honey with orange juice without bringing to a boil. Mix half of the honey with nut crumbs.

Grease a round baking dish.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Grease a sheet of dough with oil, put a strip of nuts on the edge.

Twist the dough into a roll and transfer to a baking dish, twisting with a snail. Repeat with the remaining dough sheets until the entire form is complete.

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes if 180S. Remove the tin from the oven and cover with the remaining honey.
