A simple recipe for delicious chicken with hints of orange and spice. The fillet needs to be cooked quickly, then it turns out juicy, and for a richer and more delicate taste, it is better to pre-marinate it.

Recipe "Chicken Medallions with Orange"
Ingredients for 5 servings
broiler chicken fillet medallions
600 g (1 pack)
orange
1 pc.
corn starch
3 tsp (full)
hot pepper
1/3 pc.
salt
1.5 tsp
ground black pepper
1/4 tsp
ground paprika
1/4 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Step 1/8
Remove the zest from the orange - this can be done on a fine grater, if there is no special knife.

Put the zest in a bowl, squeeze the juice from the orange there.

Deseed the chilli, finely chop and put in a bowl with the juice and zest.

Add salt, black pepper, sugar, starch and paprika.

Mix until components are connected.

Put the chicken medallions in the resulting marinade, mix well and put in the cold for 2 hours.

Preheat pan with vegetable oil. Cook the chicken over a medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
