Ingredients
milk powder
200 g
icing sugar
200 g
cornstarch
100-200 g
condensed milk
200 g
matcha tea
1 tsp
turmeric
pinch
ground paprika
1 tsp
Step 1/6
In a bowl, mix the sifted milk powder with powdered sugar, make a recess in the middle and add the condensed milk, kneading with a spoon strictly clockwise.
Step 2/6
Collect the mass in a ball, if the dough sticks in your hands, add part of the cornstarch.
Step 3/6
The mass should not be very dense, the purpose of the batch is precisely a smooth structure that does not stick to the hands.
Step 4/6
Divide the mass into parts and add a little of the different dyes, mixing the powders into the mass. You can experiment and try to use cocoa, freeze-dried berries, blue spirulina powder.
Step 5/6
Wrap the finished mastic in a cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 3-5 hours.
Step 6/6
Use starch as a dusting agent on the work surface before use. The mass can be rolled out and cut into different flat shapes with cookie cutters or sculpted from it.
