Ingredients for 2 servings
tuna fillet-pieces ice cream
500 g
coconut sliced
100 g
lime
1 pc.
white onion
1/4 pc.
sesame
20 g
dried wakame seaweed
20 g (optional)
cilantro
a few twigs
coconut oil
1 tsp
wheat lyapun

Step 1/5
Defrost the tuna in advance on the coldest shelf of the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or in cold water directly in the package for 30 minutes. Rinse and dry the fish.
Step 2/5
Cover the algae with warm water and leave for 20 minutes. You can skip this step and not add seaweed when serving.
Step 3/5
Cut the fish into small pieces, roll in sesame.
Step 4/5
Fry in coconut oil so that the middle remains pinkish.
Step 5/5
Grind the fish a little more and put on a plate. Finely chop the coconut, finely feathered onions. Mix with the fish and pour over the lime juice. Serve with seaweed and bread.
