Pickled Cherry Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
cherry tomatoes
1 kg
garlic
0.5 heads
spicy greens
a few twigs
black peppercorns

allspice black

1 tbsp. spoon
salt
2 tbsp. spoons

Step 1/5
Wash the cherry and greens and dry them thoroughly. Disassemble the garlic into cloves, remove the husks. If the garlic is young, then the last layer of skin can be left.

Put the garlic, herbs and spices on the bottom of the jars (you need two liter jars). Top with the cherry tomatoes.

In a liter of water, stir salt and sugar, bring to a boil.

Pour boiling brine into jars, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar and close with hot lids.

It is better to store pickled cherry tomatoes in the refrigerator or in a cold cellar.
