Recipe "Pickled pumpkin"
Ingredients for 4 servings
Pumpkin
500 g
Onions
1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper
1 pc.
Garlic
to taste
Spices: ginger, cinnamon, cloves, dill, pepper
to taste
Water
500 ml
Vegetable oil
100 ml
Salt
2 tbsp. l.
Apple vinegar
50 ml
Step 1/8
Cook and wash vegetables.
Step 2/8
Peel and cut the pumpkin into thin slices.
Step 3/8
Cut the bell pepper and onion into half rings with straws.

Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add spices: ginger 0.5 tsp, cinnamon 0.5 tsp, cloves 5-6 pcs., dill (can be dry), pepper (pepper mixture), garlic (pre-grind).

Mix vegetables with spices in a bowl, and then transfer to the desired container (for example, a 1.5-liter jar).

Prepare the marinade: add salt, oil, apple cider vinegar to the water, mix and bring to a boil.

Pour the marinade over the vegetables, cool and refrigerate for a day.

Put the finished pumpkin in a salad bowl and serve as a snack.
