Recipe for "Lumps of Semolina Porridge "
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
semolina
150 g
milk
450 ml
butter
50 g

sugar

corn starch
1 tsp
water 50 ml

Step 1/4
Boil milk with a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, add semolina, constantly stirring with a whisk, cook, stirring until thickened. Add the butter and stir.

Dissolve the starch in 50 mL of water.
Step 3/4
Put the berries in a saucepan, bring to a boil, pour in water and starch, cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
Step 4/4
Cool the semolina and berry sauce. Form balls from semolina, put on a plate and pour over berry sauce. Garnish with mint and serve!
