Our recipe hit is mangomisu. It's almost like tiramisu, only tastier and brighter. Mango fans and dessert lovers are definitely recommended to cook.

Recipe "Mangomisu"

Ingredients for 4 servings

mango
1 pc.
mascarpone
250 g
French sticks cookies
1.5 pack
apple mango juice
150 ml
sugar powder
80 g
cream 30%

Step 1/7
Mango clean. Thinly slice.
Step 2/7
Whisk the cream with icing sugar.
Step 3/7
Add the mascarpone to the cream and toss gently.
Step 4/7
Soak cookies in juice. Just dip and immediately remove - otherwise it can become sour, and then the dessert will be too wet and ugly. Put the biscuits in the tin.
Step 5/7
Place a small amount of the cream on top of the biscuits, spreading over the surface.
Step 6/7
Repeat the layers of cookies and cream one or two more times. The last layer should be cream.
Step 7/7
Lay the mango slices nicely on top. You can let it soak for at least half an hour, or you can eat right away. Have a nice mangomisu!
