Recipe for "Mango Lassi "
Ingredients for 2 servings
mango puree
250 g
honey
1.5 tsp or to taste
ice
50 g
fresh mint
5 leaflets
ground cardamom
pinch
cream
200 ml
yogurt Greek or soft cottage cheese
240g (2 packs)
Step 1/5
V a glass of blender, put mashed mango. Add the yoghurt.

Pour over the ground cardamom.

Naleyte cream.
Step 4/5
Add the honey and chop with a blender until smooth.
Step 5/5
Serve over ice, garnished with mint leaves.
