Mango lassi cheesecake recipe

mango Egypt
1 pc.
oatmeal cookies with peanuts
2 pcs.
yogurt Greek 4%
120 g (1 pc.)
fried pistachios

Step 1/5
Clean the mangoes. Cut a quarter of the pulp into cubes for decoration, cut the rest arbitrarily coarsely. Break the cookies into small pieces or chop with a knife. Chop pistachios with a knife, too.

Punch the mango and yoghurt in a blender for a few seconds, until smooth.
Step 3/5
Place cookie crumbs on the bottom of the cup.
Step 4/5
Top with the mango and yoghurt mixture.
Step 5/5
Sprinkle the lassi cheesecake with the pistachios, leftover cookie crumbs and mango slices.
