Recipe "Tangerines in chocolate "
Ingredients for 10 servings
tangerines
5 pcs.
chocolate bitter
100 g
fried pistachios
30 g
Step 1/7
Peel pistachios from the shell, chop with a knife.
Step 2/7
Peel the tangerines, divide into slices.
Step 3/7
Melt the chocolate in a water bath in a small bowl. It is important to heat the chocolate in a water bath, stirring: since we do not add liquid or oil to it, the chocolate is very easy to overheat and spoil. Properly melted chocolate looks like a homogeneous glossy mass.
Step 4/7
Dip the peeled tangerine wedges into the hot chocolate.
Step 5/7
Then dip one side into pistachio crumbs and spread on a sheet of parchment.
Step 6/7
Repeat with the remaining wedges and put in the freezer for 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
Step 7/7
Chocolate tangerines can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
