macrurus steak frozen
700 - 800 g
filo dough
200 g
avocado
1 pc.
cherry tomatoes
100 g
onion red
1 pc.
butter
100 g
ground cardamom
pinch
salt

Defrost the fish and dough in the fridge beforehand.

Cut the fish pieces off the skin, separate from the bones and dry on a paper towel. Salt, sprinkle with cardamom and toss gently.

Melt the butter in the microwave.

Cut a stack of filo sheets into four rectangles. Brush the first sheet with oil, put a piece of fish and wrap with an envelope. Repeat until you have wrapped all the fish.

Put the rolls on parchment, brush with the rest of the oil, bake at 180S for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve the rolls with the avocado slices, red onion feathers and cherry tomatoes.
