Ingredients for 2 servings

cucumbers
2 pcs.
boiled or canned chickpeas
100 g
curd cheese
2 tbsp. spoons
onion red
0.5 pcs.
parsley
a few twigs
olive oil
2 tsp
lemon juice
2 tsp
salad seasoning
pinch
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste

Cut the cucumbers into thin longitudinal slices using a mandolin grater or a regular vegetable peeler. Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings. Finely chop the parsley.
Step 2/3
For the dressing, combine olive oil and lemon juice, beat with a fork, add salt and seasoning.
Step 3/3
Put cucumbers and chickpeas in a salad bowl, curd cheese and onion rings on top. Pour the salad with dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley, pepper. Bon appetit!
