Ingredients for 2-3 servings

cherry tomatoes
300g
Sirtaki
200 g
cream 30%
80 g
icing sugar
½ h.
dried garlic
½ h.
oregano
¼ h.
fresh dill
a couple of twigs
olive oil
to taste
balsamic cream for decor
to taste
ciabatta
1 pc.
Step 1/8
Put the cherry tomatoes in a roasting tin and pour olive oil over them.
Step 2/8
Add spices: salt, pepper, oregano, basil, powdered sugar. Stir and send to the oven at 200C for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3/8
Put the sirtaki cheese in a glass, pour in the cream and punch until smooth.
Step 4/8
Slice the ciabatta at an angle and brown in a hot pan with olive oil.
Step 5/8
Finely chop the dill.
Step 6/8
Put the cheese on a plate, sprinkle with dill, and place the baked tomatoes in the center.
Step 7/8
Decorate the snack with balsamic cream, making beautiful dots on the surface of the tomatoes.

Pour olive oil over the dish.
