Ingredients for 4 servings

minced chicken

frozen white mushrooms
150 g
celery stalk

Defrost the mushrooms, cut into cubes.

Put a large pan of lumacone water to boil.

Fry the minced chicken in olive oil, put on the dish.

Season the finely chopped onion and celery in the remaining oil, then add the mushrooms and fry for a further two minutes .

Mix minced meat with onions and mushrooms, salt, pepper, add garlic passed through the press.

In a saucepan, prepare the béchamel: fry the flour and butter until golden brown, pour in the cold milk, bring to a boil with constant stirring, boil for 5 minutes until thickened.

In boiling water, boil the lumacone until half cooked, tip into a colander. Stuff the shells with minced meat, put in a baking dish, pour over the béchamel sauce and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until tender. Serve hot!
