frozen salmon fillet on skin

fried cashews

ground coriander
1 tsp
dried greens "Parsley"

salt, black pepper
1/2 tsp each
For the salsa verde sauce:
parsley
2 tbsp. spoons
basil
2 tbsp. spoons
pickled gherkins "Home-style"
6 small
garlic
1 clove
capers
1 tsp
mustard "Canteen"
1 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp. spoons
lemon
1/2 pc.
anchovy fillet in sunflower oil

You can use salmon or trout, chilled or frozen, for this recipe. If the fish is frozen, first thaw it in the refrigerator. Remove the scales. Blot with a paper towel on all sides.

Dukka is a seasoning of Middle Eastern and African cuisine, consisting of fried nuts, seeds, spices. In our version, we use pistachios, almonds, cashews, sesame and coriander, but you can take a mixture of nuts to taste, add zira or other fragrant spices. Place the dukkah ingredients in a blender and grind to small pieces, but not quite into flour.
