If you love pasta bolognese, then you will probably appreciate these boats. The same aromatic meat sauce, melted cheese and rich taste, but instead of spaghetti - juicy zucchini, which make the dish more useful and fresh.

Recipe "Courgette boats with minced meat"
Ingredients for 4 servings
squash
2 medium (600g)
minced meat "Home "
1 pack (360 g)
onions
1 pc.
Russian cheese

vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l.
tomato sauce
2 tbsp. l.
garlic
1 clove
fennel
a few twigs
parsley
a few twigs

to taste
ground black pepper

Cut the courgettes lengthwise in half. Carefully remove the pulp with a teaspoon, leaving the walls and bottom about 1 cm thick. You get 4 hollow boats.

Cut the zucchini pulp and onions into small cubes.

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion until golden brown.

Add the squash flesh and cook over an above-average heat, stirring, for about 3-4 minutes, to evaporate the juice and keep the pieces in shape.

Add minced meat, salt to taste and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Pour in the tomato sauce, stir and cook for 3 minutes.

Chop the greens, pass the garlic through the press and add to the meat mass. The filling is ready.

Grease the baking dish with oil, put zucchini boats in it and fill with filling.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the boats with it.

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
