Ingredients for 2-3 servings

300g
chicken egg
2 pcs.
walnuts
50 g
onions
1 pc.
young garlic
3 cloves
cilantro
bunch
khmeli suneli
to taste
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
salt

Wash the bean pods, cut off the hard ends. Cut the pods into small segments.

Boil water in a saucepan, salt. Blanch the beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain, tip the beans onto a sieve.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Finely chop the garlic.

Roll nuts with a rolling pin or chop with a knife not too finely.

Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil until transparent, add the suneli hops and nuts.

Add beans, stir, cook over medium heat.

Break the eggs into a bowl, beat lightly with a whisk or fork with a pinch of salt.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir immediately. Cook for another minute, stirring, then remove from the heat.

Chop the cilantro, add to the pan and stir.
