frozen rhubarb
100 g
pumpkin fresh or frozen
300g
Creamy coconut drink

porridge "Flax"

Step 1/3
Pour the diced pumpkin and rhubarb with a little water (about 100 ml) in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2/3
Set aside a few cubes of pumpkin and rhubarb for decoration, add sugar, coconut milk and dry flaxseed porridge to the rest, beat everything with a blender.
Step 3/3
Put the "porridge" in a plate, garnish with pieces of pumpkin and rhubarb, sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
