Ingredients for 4-6 servings
kefir 3.2%
1 L
boiled beets
2 pcs.
fresh cucumbers
2 pcs.
chicken egg
3 pcs.
onion green
multiple feathers
fennel
bunch
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/3
Hard-boil the eggs, peel and chop on a coarse grater.
Step 2/3
Grate the beets and cucumbers, mix with eggs, salt and pepper.
Step 3/3
Pour kefir over the vegetables. Serve sprinkled with chopped green onions and dill. You can also add along with fresh cucumbers a little pickled for a more piquant taste. Bon appetit!
