Many people like delicate lemon cream or kurd, but it is very easy to make it at home! Such a cream is delicious to serve for breakfast or festive dessert, ice cream, and with it you can very quickly make delicious tartlets.
Just take ready-made tartlets, half fill with blueberry jam, and put cream on top - very tasty! In season, of course, you need to use fresh blueberries, just put them on top of the cream.

Recipe "Lemon Cream"
Ingredients for 2 servings
lemons

eggs

wheat flour tartlets (to serve)

blueberry jam or fresh blueberries (to serve)
Step 1/3
Remove zest from two lemons, squeeze juice from all lemons, mix with zest and sugar.

Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth, combine the egg mixture with the lemon juice, stir, let stand for 10-15 minutes and strain through a sieve into a saucepan.
Step 3/3
Add the butter and cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened, about 10-15 minutes. Cool the finished cream, store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
