Recipe "Lemon Posets"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
lemon

cream 33%
300 ml
sugar
100 g
vanilla sugar
10 g
Step 1/6
Remove the zest from one lemon.
Step 2/6
Cut the rest lengthways in half and scrape out the flesh.
Step 3/6
Chop the flesh with a knife, then wipe through a sieve. Need 30ml juice.
Step 4/6
Mix the cream in a saucepan with vanilla and regular sugar and bring to a boil.
Step 5/6
Remove the creamy mixture from the heat and pour lemon fresh into it with a thin stream.
Step 6/6
Add the zest, stir and pour the mixture into lemon halves. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
