sun-dried tomatoes
2-3 pcs.
mixed salad grass
1 pack
light liquid honey
0.5 tsp
olive oil
1-2 tbsp. spoons
lemon juice
2 tsp
salt, pepper

Step 1/6
Cut the zucchini with thin skin into thin slices with a peeler, knife or grater.

Salt, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes. Drain the released juice.

Cut the cheese into rounds.
Step 4/6
Beat olive oil with salt, pepper, honey and lemon juice using a fork.
