tomatoes

garlic
3-4 cloves

Cut the tomatoes into half rings. Finely chop the greens.

Grate garlic on a fine grater. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Place lavash on a dry frying pan or on a grill for barbecue. Beat in one egg and spread over the pita bread with a whisk.

Add tomatoes, herbs, garlic and cheese to the egg.

Pepper, salt and wrap the edges of the pita bread to the center so that the filling does not leak out.
