Lazy dumplings with sweet sauces are good for breakfast, but these same dumplings may well become lunch or dinner. It is enough to add spices and chopped greens to the dough instead of sugar and vanilla, and replace part of the cottage cheese with grated cheese. Recipe "Lazy dumplings"

Ingredients for 3-4 servings

cottage cheese
360 g
sugar
1 tbsp. l.
egg
1 pc.
vanilla sugar
1 tsp
flour
230g
salt
1/4 tsp
jam, butter, sour cream
for filing
Step 1/3
Combine all ingredients except flour. Then pour in the flour little by little, stirring each time, until the dough stops sticking to the sides of the bowl. Knead with your hands.
Step 2/3
Roll out a piece of dough into a sausage with a diameter of 2 cm. Cut it into pieces 2 cm wide diagonally.
Step 3/3
Boil lazy dumplings in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Put in a bowl, add the butter and stir.
