freshly frozen cherries

sour cream

sugar

For lazy dumplings, homogeneous cottage cheese in soft packs is better suited. If you have cottage cheese with grains, then it is advisable to wipe it through a sieve with a spoon.

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and salt, mix intensively until smooth .

Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour and knead until the cottage cheese is collected in the middle of the bowl.

Sprinkle flour over the board. Roll a thin sausage from cottage cheese and cut diagonally into small pieces.

Boil salted water and throw dumplings one at a time. Boil in boiling water until tender, until just surfaced.

Take out the finished dumplings with a slotted spoon, letting the water drain, arrange on plates, put sour cream and cherry berries on top.
