A simple and satisfying home recipe! It tastes practically the same as traditional cabbage rolls, but without the need to twist each patty into a cabbage leaf.

long-grain ground rice

white cabbage

garlic

Step 1/4
Finely chop the onions and cabbage, grate the carrots. Rinse the rice in cold water.

Mix minced meat with rice and vegetables, salt, add garlic passed through the press.
Step 3/4
Knead the minced meat thoroughly with your hands, mold the cutlets and fry in vegetable oil in a well-heated frying pan on both sides.
Step 4/4
Pour half a glass of water into the pan and simmer on medium heat under a lid for about half an hour, then add sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
