Recipe "Lazy cabbage rolls with simple gravy "
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
minced meat (chicken/meat )
300-400 g
cabbage
200 g
onions
1-2 pcs.
carrots
1 pc.
rice
70 g
tomato paste
1 tbsp. spoon
sour cream
2 tbsp. spoons
salt, pepper, herbs, bay leaf
to taste
water
350 ml
Step 1/6
Peel vegetables and wash. Chop cabbage, grate onions and carrots.
Step 2/6
Combine the minced meat with rice and cabbage. Add half of the carrots and onions, mix everything. Salt, pepper and shape cabbage rolls.
Step 3/6
Put the cabbage rolls in a deep pan.
Step 4/6
Make the sauce. Add tomato paste and water to the remaining carrots and onions, salt and pepper.
Step 5/6
Fill the resulting mixture with cabbage rolls, add bay leaf if desired and simmer under the lid for about 50 minutes.
Step 6/6
Five minutes before readiness, add greens and sour cream diluted with a spoonful of water to a pan with cabbage rolls.
