Recipe "Lazy cabbage rolls with cabbage and minced meat"
Ingredients for 4 servings
minced meat
360 g
white cabbage
250 g
round grain rice
0.5 cup
egg
1 pc.
onions
1 pc.
carrots
1 pc.
garlic
2 cloves
sunflower oil
1 tbsp. spoon
pepper, salt
to taste
For the sauce:
tomato paste
1 pc.
sugar
1 tsp
salt
pinch
For filing:
sour cream
to taste

Boil rice until half cooked.
Step 2/9
While it is cooking, cut the onions into small cubes, chop the garlic, grate the carrots.

Combine the minced meat and vegetables, break the egg and salt.
Step 4/9
Add the half-cooked rice and combine all the ingredients.

Add cabbage to the minced meat, pour in about half a glass of water and knead everything with your hands.

Shape into small patties and place in a roasting tin.

Mix the tomato paste with a glass of water, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. Pour sauce over the cabbage rolls.

Bake at 180C for about half an hour until tender.
