Recipe "Lecho for the winter"
Ingredients
sweet pepper
1.5 kg
tomatoes cream
1 kg
vegetable oil
75 g
sugar
70 g
salt -

table vinegar 9%

Wash and dry all vegetables.

Cut the sweet pepper into strips, removing the seeds, and put in a saucepan.

Cut tomatoes arbitrarily, removing the middle.

Let the tomatoes through a meat grinder or punch in a blender until smooth, add salt, sugar and vegetable oil.

Pour the tomato sauce into the pepper, bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes all together at a low boil.
