Make the béchamel. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves (cut ordinary tomatoes into rings) and fry in butter, put on a plate.

Rinse the nettles in ice water and cut, stew a little in butter, salt.

Mix nettles with cottage cheese.

Add grated suluguni (100g).
