Lasagna bolognese is not a quick dish: you will need to make two sauces - bologna tomato with meat and milk bechamel, and then collect the dish in layers and bake in the oven. But if you decide on this small culinary feat, guests or home will definitely appreciate and remember such a treat.

Recipe "Lasagna Bolognese"
Ingredients for 4 servings

Step 1/10
Peel the onions and garlic cloves, remove the cores from the garlic. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in olive oil until clear.
Step 2/10
Then add the minced meat and fry everything together until golden, stirring the minced meat, you can add salt and sugar at this stage.

Pour a jar of tomatoes into the pan in your own juice and place in the tomato paste. Mash the tomatoes with a spatula, add dry oregano and basil, salt and sugar (if you did not add them in the previous step). Simmer everything together for about half an hour. At the end, add fresh chopped basil and thyme leaves.

For the béchamel sauce, in a saucepan, fry the flour until lightly nutty. Add butter and stir with flour. Warm up all together.

Then pour in warm milk, constantly stirring with a whisk.

Add salt and nutmeg. Cook the béchamel, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat.

Brush the bottom of the mold (a small square or rectangular one is best) with butter or pour a little béchamel sauce.

Then place the lasagne sheets, the meat sauce on top, then the béchamel again and cover with the lasagne sheets.

Repeat layers several times, spreading sauces evenly. Cover the topmost layer with the remaining béchamel sauce and cover with cheese.

Place in an oven preheated to 180C and bake until tender (about 20-25 minutes).
