Boil the egg for 8 minutes from the moment it boils. If cooking a vegan option, skip this step.

Halve the broccoli florets, put in a bowl and send to the microwave for 1 minute at full power. If the edamame is frozen, cover with hot water. Cut tofu into cubes, mini corn into smaller pieces, break crispy seaweed in your hands.

Put soy sauce, chili sauce, sesame oil and sesame mixture in two jars with a volume of about 500-600 ml on the bottom, dividing everything in half.
