Recipe "Noodles with greens and tofu"

turmeric noodles

tofu classic
300g
carrots
1 pc.
Beijing salad
3-5 leaves
celery
1-2 petioles
ginger
1 cm root
garlic
1 clove
soy sauce
3-4 tbsp. spoons
sesame oil

Put the noodle water to boil.

Cut the peeled carrots, celery petioles and Peking salad leaves into thin strips.

Put carrots and celery in a saucepan and heat in sesame oil until soft (you can use other vegetable oil).

Then add the diced tofu, soy sauce, grated ginger and the garlic passed through the press, cook for about a minute more.

Pour the noodles into boiling water and cook until tender, drain, season the noodles with sesame oil. Add Beijing salad to a saucepan with vegetables, mix, turn off the heat. Combine noodles and vegetables - serve!
