Turmeric noodles
half pack
Bell peppers
1 pc.
Garlic
1 clove
Parsley

Step 1/3
Bake bell peppers on all sides to black podzalin - this can be done in the oven as heated as possible under the grill or right on the fire of the burner, then quickly put them in a bag (it is better to use a small dense paper) or a small, tightly closed container.
Step 2/3
When the peppers have cooled slightly, peel off the skin, cut the flesh into strips, salt, pepper and mix with olive oil, chopped garlic and parsley.
Step 3/3
Boiled hot noodles on a plate, pepper sauce on top - serve!
