Ingredients for 4 servings

white cabbage
600 g
rice
200 g
onions
2 pcs.
carrots
1 pc.
tomato juice
300 ml
black pepper
to taste
chili pepper
ad libitum
parsley
a few twigs
oregano
0.5 tsp
vegetable oil
3 tbsp. spoons
salt
to taste

Peel and grate the carrots for the Korean carrots. You can also use a regular grater, but with thin long strips of carrots, the dish is more beautiful. Fry the carrots in vegetable oil.

Peel the onions and cut into medium cubes, add to the carrots. Fry everything together over medium heat until soft.

Chop the cabbage and add to the carrots and onions. Stir, salt and pepper, add oregano and hot pepper as desired.
