Recipe "Couscous with chicken "
Ingredients per 1 serving
chicken breast fillet
120 g
natural drinking yogurt
100 ml
fresh garlic
2 cloves
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l.
couscous
40 g
lemon
quarter (20g)
For the salsa sauce:
tomatoes
50 g
onion red
20 g
olive oil
10 ml
salt

ground black pepper
to taste

Make several shallow transverse and longitudinal cuts on the chicken breast: this way it will cook better and cook more evenly.

Prepare a marinade for chicken: mix yogurt, garlic, passed through the press, salt and pepper.
Fold the fillets into the yoghurt and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes, preferably 1 hour. You can marinate in the morning and leave until the evening in the refrigerator.

Fry the chicken breast in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown or bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Cook couscous according to the instructions on the package.

For the salsa sauce, finely chop the tomatoes and onion. Mix with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add lime juice or a little balsamic vinegar.

Serve the chicken slices with the couscous, salsa and lemon wedge.
