Ingredients for 3 servings
chicken thigh fillet
600 g
canned pineapples
250 g
ginger
piece 3 cm
garlic
clove
hot pepper
ad libitum
black pepper
¼ tsp
cornstarch
3 tbsp. l.
tomato sauce or pasta
2 tbsp. l.
soy sauce
3 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil for frying
2 tbsp. l.
salt
¼ tsp
sesame to serve

Step 1/4
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, dry with a paper towel and roll in the starch.
Step 2/4
Fry the fillets on all sides in a pan greased with vegetable oil until ruddy. Add the chopped pineapples along with the juice and tomato sauce.
Step 3/4
Pour in the soy sauce, stir and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the finely grated garlic, ginger, finely chopped hot peppers and freshly ground black pepper. Cook for a further 5 minutes.
Step 4/4
Remove the pan from the stove, cover and let it brew for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds and serve with boiled rice.
