Ingredients for 4 servings
chicken thigh fillet

rice
120-150 g
lime

honey
2 tbsp. spoons

wine vinegar
1 tsp
corn starch
1 tsp
soy sauce
1 tbsp. spoon
cilantro

Step 1/9
Put to cook rice. To do this, boil water in a large saucepan, salt at the rate of 0.5 teaspoons of salt per 1 liters of water, cover with 200 g of dry rice and cook for 20 minutes.

At the end of cooking, throw the cereal into a colander so that the glass is water. Then add 1-1.5 teaspoons of sesame oil to still hot rice, mix.

Cut the onion into feathers. Peel and finely chop the ginger root and garlic. Peel the chilli and finely chop as well.

In a bowl, mix honey, wine vinegar, lime juice, chopped ginger and garlic, soy sauce.

Cut the chicken into large pieces.

Put the bird in the prepared marinade, add the onion, stir and leave for 25-30 minutes.

Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sesame or other vegetable oil. Lay out the chicken and onion and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cold water, add 1 teaspoon of starch and mix until smooth. Finely chop the cilantro. Add the diluted starch and cilantro to the chicken, mix and cook everything together for another 5 minutes.

Arrange the rice on plates, with the chicken on top. Sprinkle over the finely chopped fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.
