Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut carrots and onions into medium-sized cubes, chives - coarsely.

Preheat 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put carrots, onions and garlic in it and fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillets into medium-sized pieces.

Also put in a saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Salt at the end.

Cut the potatoes into medium cubes. Clean the mushrooms from debris and wipe them with a wet wipe or rinse quickly without soaking and dry, cut into plates.

Put the potatoes and mushrooms in a pan with the chicken and vegetables, add 2 bay leaves and a few peppercorns. Cover with water so that the total volume of the soup becomes 3 liters. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes until the vegetables soften.
