Hearts with aromatic forest mushrooms in sour cream sauce - very tasty! In winter, cook from frozen mushrooms, and in the season it is better to use fresh mushrooms, it will also turn out very tasty with chanterelles!

Ingredients for 4 servings

frozen assorted wild mushrooms

bulb

sour cream

flour
1/2 tbsp
fennel

Step 1/4
Peel the hearts and cut in half, finely chop the onions.

Boil the mushrooms in a small amount of boiling water for 10-15 minutes (you don't have to cook the chanterelles), put them in a colander and cut into small pieces.

In a dry pan, fry the flour until golden brown, mix with sour cream.

Fry onions in vegetable oil, add hearts and fry over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, then add mushrooms, put out a little more and pour in sour cream, mix, turn off the heat. Salt and pepper to taste, serve, sprinkled with dill. Bon appetit!
