Thin neat slices of chicken breast are asked to be rolled, and we will make the filling in the Mediterranean style, with Greek olives and dried tomatoes!

Ingredients for 2-4 servings
chicken breast fillet steak
450 g.
dried tomatoes in oil
40 g.
kalamata olives
130 g.
mozzarella cheese for pizza
50 g
garlic
1 clove
parsley
small bundle
olive oil
2 tsp
salt
Step 1/4
Break olives (without liquid), garlic and parsley with olive oil into a paste in a blender.
Step 2/4
Spread about a tablespoon of the resulting paste on a slice of chicken breast, put 1-2 dried tomatoes on top and a thin slice of cheese, roll into a roll and secure with a toothpick.
Step 3/4
Do this with all the breast pieces.
Step 4/4
Place the rolls in a roasting tin and cook in a preheated 180-degree oven for about 20 minutes. The rolls are delicious both hot and cold, like a starter or main course.
