Recipe "Chicken cutlets in sour cream sauce "
Ingredients for 4 servings
minced chicken
800 g
sour cream 20%
200 g
rice
250 g
carrots
2 pcs.
flour
1/2 tbsp. spoons
water
250 g
vegetable oil
for frying
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Step 1/7
Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
Step 2/7
Rinse the rice thoroughly.
Step 3/7
In a separate container, mix the minced meat, half the fried carrots, rice and spices.
Step 4/7
Form balloons. Fry the balls in a preheated pan with the vegetable oil until ruddy.
Step 5/7
Mix sour cream with flour and water in a ladle, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step 6/7
Fill the ruddy balls with sour cream sauce. Lay out the remaining carrots and cover. Languish for 10-15 minutes.
