Ingredients for 2-4 servings
chicken hips
1 pack (4 pieces)
garlic
2-3 tooth.
thyme
a few twigs
ground paprika
½ tsp
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
olive oil
1-2 tbsp. l.
Step 1/5
Place the chicken hips on a baking tray. Salt, pepper to taste. Crush the garlic cloves and place on the chicken.

Top with a few sprigs of thyme.

Sprinkle with ground paprika.

Pour 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Step 5/5
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 35-40 minutes until tender.
