Young white corn is very sweet, juicy and incredibly tasty. It is better not to cook it, but bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Butter with chili and spices will enhance its taste, make it even more tender and juicy. If you don't have very young corn, you can wrap the cobs in foil and bake longer .

Recipe "Corn baked in the oven"
Ingredients for 4 servings
young white corn
4 cobs
butter
100 g
sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp. l.
garam masala spices
½ tsp
salt

Step 1/4
In advance, about 20 minutes, put butter out of the refrigerator to soften. Put in a bowl. Pour over the sweet chilli sauce.

Add the spices and mix everything together until smooth.

Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the corn on top. At the cobs, slightly bend the leaves and brush the corn with the prepared sauce on top and sides. Since the cobs are young, their leaves are very delicate and can be kept on. If you do not have very young corn, first remove the leaves and wrap each cob in foil.
Step 4/4
Bake young corn in an oven preheated to 200 ℃ for 10-15 minutes (or not very young for 30-40 minutes in foil). Serve hot.
