prunes
100 g
quail eggs
10 pcs.
white onion
1 pc.
carrots
1 pc.
garlic
2 cloves
white wine (or water)
1 cup
wine vinegar (if using water)
1 tbsp. spoon
butter
50 g
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
thyme
2-3 sprigs
rosemary
1 sprig
allspice peppercorns
3-4 pcs. (or ground coriander)
salt
to taste

Thaw the rabbit in advance in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours. Cut the carcass into portions.

Rub the meat with salt, pepper and coriander and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Rinse prunes in hot water. Peel the onions and carrots and cut into medium cubes. Thinly chop the garlic, having previously removed the core.

Put onions, garlic, carrots and prunes on the bottom of the baking dish, add sprigs of thyme and rosemary. Top with the seared meat. Instead of fresh herbs, you can use dry ones - oregano and rosemary.

Pour in a glass of white wine (or a glass of water and wine vinegar). Bake the dish in the oven at 180C for about 30-35 minutes.

Cook small potatoes until cooked right in the peel, drain the water. Boil hard-boiled quail eggs and peel.
