Recipe "Croc Madame"
Ingredients for 2 servings
chicken egg
2 pcs.
ham Zhambon
2 slices
pizza mozzarella
150 g
Gouda cheese
60 g
Tartine bread
4 pcs.
Dijon mustard
10 g
pickled cucumbers
6 pcs.
microgreens
for filing
Step 1/8
Grate mozzarella, cut gouda into slices. Cut the pickled cucumbers into rings.
Step 2/8
Put two slices of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Step 3/8
Put the grated mozzarella on each, add a little mustard on top.
Step 4/8
Place the ham on top of the cheese, add the cucumber rounds and gouda slices. Sprinkle over the mozzarella.
Step 5/8
Press the second piece of bread and add a little more grated mozzarella. You should end up with two layered sandwiches.

Put to bake in a hot oven at 200C for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.

While the toast is baking, quickly toast the two glazes in the pan.

Place the scrambled eggs on hot toast, sprinkle with herbs and serve the croque madam sandwiches.
