Shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce is a delicious snack that will be good for a festive feast and for home gatherings. You can serve such shrimp simply with a baguette, and also this is a full-fledged sauce for pasta.

Ingredients for 2-4 servings
shrimps peeled black
400 g
cream 30%
100 g
garlic
2 cloves
thyme
a couple of twigs
parsley
a couple of twigs
cherry tomatoes
60 g
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. spoons
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
baguette
for filing
Step 1/4
Defrost the shrimp. Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2/4
Preheat pan with vegetable oil. Put garlic, thawed shrimp, thyme sprigs in it. Salt, pepper, mix. Cook over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally so that the prawns do not boil but fry.
Step 3/4
After 3 minutes, once the prawns are pink, add the cream. In another minute - cherry and parsley, warm everything together for 3 minutes.
Step 4/4
Put the prawns on a plate, pour over a little sauce, the remaining sauce can also be served in a separate saucepan. Serve with the baguette (it can be dried in a toaster or in a dry pan).
