Shrimp in Orange Jelly Recipe
Ingredients for 4-5 servings
tiger shrimp
1 pack (500g)
direct orange juice
500 ml
gelatin
1 pc.
cherry
10 pcs.
cucumber
1 pc.
lime
1 pc.
hot pepper
ad libitum
cilantro
a few twigs
salt
to taste
Step 1/7
Thaw the shrimp in advance in the refrigerator, it will take several hours. Or, 40 minutes before cooking, dip them in iced water right in the package.

Remove the shrimps from the shells, remove the intestinal vein with a toothpick.
Step 3/7
Boil the salted water in a saucepan, blanch the prawns for 2 minutes, remove immediately and leave to cool. Save a few shrimp whole (according to the number of portion cups), and finely chop the rest.

Cut off several thin longitudinal slices from the cucumber for decoration with a vegetable peeler. Cut the rest into small cubes, cherry - in halves. Cut off a few rings from the hot pepper pod. Pour lime juice over all vegetables and shrimp, salt a little.

Pour orange juice into a saucepan, add gelatin and stir. Warm without boiling until gelatin dissolves.

Put shrimp and vegetables in portion cups, cover with orange juice, garnish with the remaining whole shrimp.

Put to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Garnish the finished jelly with cucumber slices and cilantro and serve.
